Well Fall is here....the season for leather, pumpkin latte and the beginning of holiday season!

Cognac


Pumpkin Latte Recipe

1/2 cups of 1 percent fat Milk
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Coffee

First Brew your coffee as you always do. When is ready add spices and sugar.
Steam your milk
Mix and Enjoy!!



Enjoy some time outdoors, walk, meditate, do yoga. This fresh air is proven to clean our lungs, help with our skin and boost your energy. My favorite thing to do outdoors during Fall is to play paddle tennis.
